Hey Hayate, your work si cool and looks good. Don't worry about your age, it has nothing to do with you being better at drawing or not. I've been giving myself that same excuse for the last 3 or 4 years, i'm 25 now and look at me, i'm that same old fart. I haven't progressed because i'm not practicing like i should.
Your skills depend on the numbers of hours you've spent darwing in your life. You can be 17 and be more skilled than a 35 year old.

Keep the good work and keep parcticing. ... oh and always try to draw things that are difficult for you to draw.

A Guy calling his Thread "First Post", pointing out that he is young and posting pretty good work.

Applying my little psychological knowledge I would say
that he is definitely not worried about that he might be too young to draw good or something.

...
so hay, you are young... great. Keep it up - your work is pretty good.
Maybe by 20 your a one of the greats. And maybe even earlier Smile

Hayate,

If you want to be good, start practising seriously now. You'll have advantage over all these old farts. But don't make the mistake of thinking "oh I'm SO young, I have a lot of time to learn". While that may be true, you might soon realize you're 30 and haven't improved that much. It's all about repeating the procedure as often as possible, and gathering information from everywhere you can find.

Good luck!

Yeah I really like how you do folds.
And I have a question regarding your pure digital colored work.

There are some huge skillgaps between them.
I really like that demon but totally hate that gargoyle thing below that.

Kinda strange :/

Thx for your comments,
lol ok that gargoyle thing was made in about 5-10 minutes (scanned and colored), just wanted to do something funny. Also, as i said before, there are some really old ones.
My latest from these is the one with the blue tree.
