Hi. This was a family portrait commisioned for a friend of mine after his father passed on. Had three photos to work with, but none of them were close to the finished project (I'll have to dig those up). It's another watercolor, I hope I don't get linched for posting it, but it's nice to get feed back about comp and maybe some other pointers. Obiously its a bad rep to get much feed back on technique, but anything would be nice.

Did you work on a small canvas? The reason I ask is the facial features are a little unclear and have slightly wobbly lines. _________________

11x14, yeah it was kinda small for working with faces. But I was only getting a small commission, so I kept it small.

nice job i like that........ even though its commision work u have maintained artist's style. it has emotion and personal touch to it great..... _________________ art is fun n mean of life, we all are god gifted with art so share it and enjoy....... |
