I was feeling a little weird this morning ...

I'd like to improve the background, and the skin. preferrably, i want it really really realistic looking to increase the Disturbing Factor�

C&C would be greatly appreciated!

try working with the nose a bit. I think it might be a bit off. Other than that continue to color it.

Good, in a disturbing way. The eye spoils the effect though - it looks very flat because the pupil and iris don't follow the 3D curve of the eyeball.
