I thought this looked reasonably good, but every time I've thought that in the past, I was wrong. Can I get some suggestions?

Wow, much better the second time! As for the first one, it's akward looking. For example, there seems to be some texturing on the left side of the wall, yet nowhere else. Also, the skyline is too simple. Plus whatever is going on inside the eyes doesnt make sense, although it feels as if I'm supposed to see something in there.

Second one is great. The weird eye thing is still there, but considering the eerie-ness of the whole pic, it works.

Thanks for the feedback. yeah, now that I look at the first one again, it does look pretty dumb. right... about the eye thing, perhaps i could have explained that I was just reading Neuromancer, which includes this samurai girl with mirror-lense things embedded in her eye-sockets.

you should take the composition of the second one, with the colors of the first one.

Supposed to be Molly? Hmm, Ide make her a bit bitchy and very independent looking. Thats what I remember about her attitude. You make her seem very gloomy. Thats just my two cents on the feeling. Other than that, I really like your second picture.. its spooky =)
