Pringle- I really like the sense of atmosphere & space in those
Max Kulich- lovely face & headress design
Spooge- inspiring as always
Lc3- I like the use of brushes suggesting motion blur,
kobalt- I'm enjoying seeing your still lifes. It seems like they don't get any darker than middle values to me though -I wonder if your moniter is much darker than mine?
cake-eye- cool looking design
I could go on and on... but I don't want to be too long winded... oh yeah, thanks very much to Bg for your compliments back in the halloween thread, they were very nice to hear.

XIA, Bg, Max, Many thanks there guys, I really appreciate it. :)
It seems like many guys liked that oil-bird, I am really glad about that, thank you all. :)

XIA, you are getting really good yourself there, that latest girl has both dynamics and nice color choice, very good. Keep it up. :)

Max Kulich, Wow, your stuff is really amazing and it seems you have come up with an own style aswell. I agree with XIA just keep em coming. :)

Keating, that one is amazing, do you sketch with full opacity? :)

heres a morning sketch, maan I really need to wake up..hehe, perhaps a shower would make me feel more awake.

Johan Krouthn I showed you guys earlier was from the town I live in. He was born in the Big Hotel in the town during the middle 19th century. I saw in the paper yesterday that they are thinking about to build a museum in that hotel in one of the rooms I guess, that would be awesome.
Isnt it weird though, one of my big inspirations is from the same town as me, weird and cool, I need to paint even more. :)

mikko, no I don't do that generally. Sometimes I think that I compress stuff too much just cause I want to do it fast. Read the sargent notes on my site, he talks about sketches being contrasty. Finished stuff should not have any flat areas, each surface has a value. Or so the thinking goes.

You can put a digi still cam on a tripod and wedge a bunch of exposures and then comp the information together into one image in PS. It's interesting to do.

This ends my embarrassing career as a fan boy, and I have not even seen he movie! I just liked the two images I saw others do from the same photo.

Nearing completion... (?) still a WIP tho.
I apologise to those who have complained about people posting non-speed paints in the past (this has been nearly 4h).

And.. oh! wow! zlu, spooge, swarm and others.. wow!
