I dont understand the Picture with that Kid...

Should it be modern Art or something? The Outline is superblurry and doesnt fit... and uhm... is it an photo-overpaint ? Confused

lol its suppposed to be that way
i made him like that using my new style
i also did it with the cool penguin Smile
its kind of like a cartooning style
its supposed to look that way, trust me
