Fred, I love you, man. If I were your neighbor, I'd mow your yard...wash your car. You rock my face! _________________ - Tom Carter

Wow, Ron, very educational tutorial. I see how, after Step 5, you can get all kinds of different strokes. It makes Loomis's maddening parralel strokes make sense - they're just the finish!
Thanks for posting this. Are you back for good? Like in the olden days? |

Thanks again Ron for this wonderful tutorial.
Just one question: the title of the thread says "Head Tutorial part 1" but the tutorial is "Head Tutorial part 2"... have we missed anything? I think not, because it follows every step of the creation, unless Part 1 is about materials, etc... _________________ _ _ _____ _ _

Alias, I am around to stay if I can drum up some more freelance work. If If IF...hmmm. But yes, I need to stay around more. Teaching is one level, but this place, and other art forums stretch the limits of taking it all to that next level. That is where I am heading. The next level. I need these places to help find it. Your voices, and styles are helping grow the eyes radically...
Tayete-I posted it out of sequence. I have a bunch of these in print, number one is out of format to the rest of these. I need to adapt it then post it.
Thanks agian for all the great responses. Your emails are helping me get a grip on where to go next with the tutorials.
