Hello, I'm not too comfortable with textures, so this was done with just hardbrushes and opaque setting. Just restarted digital drawing after a loong break Razz ~Steve

Cool sketch DarkWolf. Welcome to Sijun Very Happy

The top left looks awesome with the finer brushes. The texture that you created there is great.

I'm a little concerned with the grasses however, as they seem to throw the perspective and make the picture a little confusing. Also the water wcould use work, but that's why its a sketch right?

Anyway, good job, I likes it ^_^

I agree with DJorgensen. There's some promise being shown where you've worked it a little finer in that upper corner. And the problem with the grass is that it destroys the sense of scale...these things look like they should be mountains, but those spots of grass look as big as a tree...very confusing. And even if they are still just tall hills, look at them compared to the size of the river. Either it's a stream I could step accross, or the gras is almost as big as a person.

I also think the picture could use either some warmer tones somewhere, or some more contrast. At this stage it's looking a little too bland, pallette wise.

Still, a good start. Smile
