couldn't decide where to put this, because essentially I'm done with it. But it's not exactly finished.
*sigh*
the colours are just too flat and the piece is fairly uninspired as a whole. so I got annoyed and am going to leave it :)
oh well

the colors look flat because you don't have anything that could contrast with them, e.g. you really do not have real dark areas or highlights.
Make the background darker, brighten up the light at the girls, give the color more saturation and darken the shadows at the girl's bodys, especially between their chests. |

It seems as if you started to add details too soon.
Proportions seem a little weird ... especially the blonde womans right (her left) shoulder.
And it kinda looks as if the head isn't centered ...
seems to be closer to the other shoulder somehow.
I'm not going to ask for the reference image
I see many areas that work pretty well.
I especially like the lighting of the blonde womans hair and face.
