Hey

Yea much better than the first one you did, still though there are some things you can fix up but maybe you are starting on a new one. The glasses values can be made a little bit differently and also his shirt but you have made some great progress since the first one in the wip and if you keep going like this you will be really good. :)
Keep in mind that it helps you a lot to look at other peoples drawings and paintings as much as looking at reference.

This really reminds me in a lot of ways of Matthew's first images posted here, and look at him now... Just stick with it, you'll make progress.
