Wassup- I agree with Matthew, that's an especially beautiful one.
Spooge- Its so awesome to see your paintover. It really makes me think in new ways. It has this very "unified" feel to it... I guess from your consistencies in lighting and perspective? Hopefully that will someday creep into my own stuff. And I love the woman, like all of your work.
Scott Robertson-great little designs, they look so clean for being done so quickly!
ELLioT-Your designs are really cool.
basically, I love this whole thread. Sorry for polluting it with my stuff.

I dunno if I asked you this before, but have you seen the art of Lars Lerin? He's a great great painter!

Spooge, sounds like AC is my kind of place. i go to technical school that puts more emphasis on function and usability. i like some of the mechanical projects i've been getting. other stuff like marketing, methodologies, drafting makes me want to drop ID and do something else.

industrial design is for optimists. i happened to be a pessimist. you can't design user friendly product with negative attitude.

This thread is still phenomenal!

Spoogedemon, really thank you for your time especially you put in Overpaints and their descriptions to help us guys here around this place. Smile
Those posts are a real good help, even if its not about the own painting.

this inspired me to do some doodling. originally it was 2 people sharing a head, but it led to this. haha sorry, it really is bad, but thought i should share since you were my inspiration. Shocked

Been looking at the big B again (don't tell Mr. Manley)

hpx love that third one. You inspire me to make a set of brushes with the pressure turned off:)

duracel, you are welcome- maybe some other people would like to do some paintovers?

oblagon, sounds like we might have been on the same path. ID is fun, but drawing stuff is funner. But instead of engineers telling you what you can and can't do, you get goateed art directors with a 5 watt brain. But they are well dressed. Kinda makes up for it, yes?

Too much great work here from all the usual suspects and others.
Nearly a page a day. Amazing.
My humble submission, scanned sketch with photoshop.

suma, wassup thanks, defining shapes takes longer. unless,, you 're good or have a method Smile that;s not the case here.

wassup, your stuff really stands out..

spooge, I take art directors aren't too different from executive producers ? i met one yesterday. he looked slick (like a band member) but we didn't understand each other too well Smile (could be my poor engrish)

Chthonic Divinity, that's cool.

Deepsea37>> I am totally in love with your chacoal life drawn.
