Nooooooooooooooooo *cries an ocean* FOX cancelled Futurama!

First Family Guy, then Invader Zim (yes, I know, different network), now Futurama! The only reason for owning a televison, gone. *takes his out to the dumpster*

D'oh! That sucks. Even though I never watch Futurama anymore, I know it was a great show. I guess I'll have to pick it up on DVD.

Cartoon network needs to do the S-M-R-T thing and pick all these god-damned cartoons up. They would get such a rating boost it wouldn't even be funny.

It was that damned 6:00 spot. Futurama was far funnier than last two seasons or so of the Simpsons.

I thought futurama was cancelled after a season or so?? This means we should have like 2 or 3 more years of watching over here!! only... DAMN SKY ONE TO HECK FOR REPLACING IT WITH MUTANT X AND ALIAS!

I like futurama a lot better than the simpsons these days... simpsons is overdone and played out... even though it's amazingly funny at times it's still just... the simpsons..

hmm yeah it is sad that futurama was cancelled...BUT i didnt know family guy was cancelled as well......damn fox...guess they didnt want a whole cartoon line up... that leaves us with the simpsons and king of the hill

simpsons is back in form, I'm enjoying it. Futurama, I was big on the show from the beginning but the feel of the show never quite coalesced. got too random, didn't really find it's groove.

Futurama was okay...I might miss accidentally flicking by and finding it on, and laughing at the last 5 minutes or so...the Simpsons sucks, though. (don't tell Mr.O (one of my teachers) I said that, he likes the Simpsons). Ah well, I usually just laughed at how easily I could guess the beginning of the pointless story from the last 5 minutes. It was actually kinda funny, though.

Futurama had some funny episodes but I didn't watch it on a constant basis.

I liked the family guy though, funny as hell.
It was a nice alternative to the simpsons.

But I haven't heard anything about either of these shows being canceled. Are there links to back this up???

theyre just running the last few episodes of family guy and futurama...the final season...which is too bad cuz family guy tonite was funny...quagmire(sp) and stewey are the best

The Tick ended its run like a month ago...i think its only one season, at least fox finished its one and only run
