don't know who the original artist is, it is a pretty close copy in layout. Has a different feel in surface of course. But what would Howard Pyle say? That crap is not art! There's no light and dark! All Art has light and dark in it somewhere! Says right here in the dictionary!
starglider- ?? which image you talking about?? chinese vampire? The image I started with on that baron thing was a pastel from somewhere on my site, someplace near the back, a naked guy laying down. Thought a similar color progression might help. it did not.
hey mon, I know the feeling, especially bad when you work a lot. Must break mold, even if it means really sucking for a while. What is really depressing is you think you have moved, but then you see it's the same old crap wrapped in a different way. I think if it really, really sucks, then you are making progress. That's just me, ya know.

My evening course started today and I made these an hour ago, so now I have life-drawing 2 days a week. :)
I tend to be speedy in everything I do.

Wassup : Thank you. You are a huge inspiration to me!
This was originally a nice drawing by my young bro, 'til I screwed it up.
"Are these your hands?"
"Uh, yes, they're ugly. Now can I bite your neck?" |

You know your strokes have grown in me. I love the way you put down your strokes and the soft looking but yet remain overall strong contrast. |
