I'm kinda going for the 'storybook' type look here, so please tell me what you like about it and what needs work. It's almost done I believe though, but I have to refine some of the edges, fix some of the face, etc.

Gosh, a whole week here with 100+ veiws and no one has anything to say? I'm sorry. I feel so bad that i haven't been reading this forum much lately.
As for the picture, i really like the overall mood you've captured. The soft colors give it a classic fairy-tale quality. I do think it could use a little more contrast though. Maybe darken those shadows on the dryad a bit to give her more depth. You may also want to think about tightening up that sky. Right above the text looks so much more refined than the rest. It looks a little smeary right now and i think if you gave it more structure you'd have a stronger composition.
You already mentioned sharpening the edges and fixing the face so i won't say much about that other than to suggest that you clarify her facial expression some. Right now whe is looking directly at the text with such an expression of distress or sorrow and it makes it a little difficult to know if "Cirque" (which i assume is the title of the publication) is something that someone would want to read or not.
Very nice job overall though. I love the colors and i hope my comments are not too late to be of any use. _________________
