Does anybody know of any places that I could get some cheap markers online to start with. I was thinking of getting Prismacolor, but I don't know the first thing about markers yet, so I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions. Anyway Thanks!

If you're totally new to markers, I'd suggest getting a 12-pack of Prismas for basic colors, along with a few cool or warm grays for getting different tones. I'd suggest maybe, for starters, cool grays in 20%, 40%, and 60%, along with maybe a couple extra blacks depending on how much doodling you plan on doing.
