Is the drive your scratch disk located in Full?
Is the drive your saving in Full?
Is it saying the File its self corrupt?

Basically it is one of these three questions, the first two are solvable the third . Well unless you have a backup your SOL..

on my scratchdisk i've 7 gb free, on the save-disk 3 gb.

i don't think that the file is corrupt, because the error doesn't occure everytime when i wanna save, only sometimes...

Well, what has happened to me in the past is the file would go corrupt but still open. What I would see in the image is some strange colors in a horizontal line on a random layer, sometimes it would be a significant thick line and sometimes I couldnt see it at all and sometimes it would move when I reopened it the next day.
This is an example of what I mean:

This in not actually a bad file but this is kinda what it looked like.

yeah, my file looked similar, after photoshop failed to save it- but when i closed photoshop without saving an loaded the picture again, everything was ok (only non-saved data was missing, hngh).
i've installed the 7.01 update some hours ago, but even that didn't fix the error...

When that happens to me it was ALWAYS permanent. I know of no cure for it.
What I tried to do was move the unaffected layers to a totally new canvas and redrew the bad layer, however, its been so long since that happened I dont remember if it worked.

This is why we backup our files!!! When you save, save it again somewhere else!!!
