Hey
I've been really busy lately, that's why I haven't been around in speedpainting very much... Here is some of the stuff I've been working on, they're for a book by fantasy flight games:
Hope you like them! _________________ www.mattiassnygg.com

I like the minotour a lot, although the pose looks a bit awkward.
The dust at the runner looks a bit extremer then logical, but other then that all look awesome!!! _________________ Visit my website at http://www.homeoflegolas.com |

The runner looks like he's under the influence of some sort of haste spell and running reaaaaally fast.
The warrior punching some creature through a door...his back arm looks a little short.
Minor details...the style on these is just awesome. I love the lighting on the underwater and dwarf battle scenes. These will be awesome in an RPG book. |

I like the Greek mythology themed ones! Is the third to last a take on The First Marathon run? Thinking about it I'm probably wrong judging by the carriage (sp?) and the background, but I definitely got that vibe..

Very nice work. Love your style, the way you make grayscale feel so alive. I really prefer the third and fourth ones _________________ I touch myself only where it counts |

Nice work Mon. You have a lot of different skills and interests, it seems.

the diver, medussa and the last image are my favorites... great work
I dont' know if you're looking for citical feedback but the runner alongside the covered wagon feels a little awkward. His left shoulder seems to be in a little close to his neck. It might help to treat him a little more loose like the cloud trail behind him to convey more speed.
The diver is sweet... remenents of Phil Hale in his sinewey muscle tone... great work! |

legolas: thanks. yea he is a bit awkward, and the dust is exaggerated.. The pics are supposed to say "oh, look how surprised the minotaur is to miss the little ghostly dude!".. and "woo! look how fast he runs! lol omg etc..." I was trying to be very clear, but I agree they're overstating it.
crazybread: Thank you!
fukifino: yepp either that or his ass is on fire I see what you mean with the arm, there are issues in these pictures I didn't quite resolve (no time!) thanks
viag: Thanks! (oo, love yer work too! )
liquid1: that dude is supposed to be a legend in the mythology of the book. It's got nothing to do with real history, but now that you've said it I see it too! (and the picture works a lot better because of that! yay)
paranoid?: Thanks!'
Meaty Ogre: that's very nice of you =) um.. family values?
Flp: thank you
varnum: yeah i see it. oh well.. =)
Awetopsy: Thanks, motion is something i have to work really hard to achive, and I'm really glad you like it!
Lunatique: thank you!

This is all totally fuking incredible work. thay all look so darn 3d, amzing! Black and white. This helps me learn. Inspiring That cave shot, the scene is simply wonderful. To be brutally honest tho, i must confess that I don't like the 6th pic of the runner. it doesn't look nice comopsotiong or 3-d, like without mass, just flat and artificial. values aren't convincing. This Is the sole negative thought in my mind rearding your awesome new work .
Do more and mroe anremoe enarmorem remoe emoremremo. |

Smurf: ...I'll um.. consider the offer
Cold Blue Expressions: Thanks a lot!
Death Dealler: who's that?
Capt. Fred: Thanks for the comments! Well, the runner was the last of the bunch and time was running out =) I like it though, but can admit it's a bit different from the rest.
cheers! _________________ www.mattiassnygg.com
