The first and last one look really sweet. Most all of those are basicly old-school filter-fester tricks generated from standard Photoshop filters.

Sure, but i especially like the extensive Color Correction (although it's commercial), Diffuse Glow, Lense Distortion Correction, and Tiler.
The effects can be done with other plugins or effects, but these make it a lot easier i think.
