Anybody know of a movie out plugin for Photoshop to screen capture each click of a tool, setting, filter, so forth similar to how Open Canvas outputs?

I would love to use such a thing to create high level layer tutorials and tutorials on using filters to make art that looks good rather than filterfested crap.
