Well it is hard to give C&C on this 2.
I can not say that it is good. Yiz should work on the human anatomy and try doing it by using references of real human and not some old manga or old cartoon. The only thing you can do now in fact is practice, practice practice. Check out some good books for anatomy and perspective. But first of all probably you should practice drawing more simple things like stills or something on your table, this way you can train your hand-eyes coordination and the understanding for shadows. Your linework is somehow nervous and statik.

np. If you work hard you will see the results sooner or later. You know, it is not like everz one here was born with the skills. i started from the scratch like all others too.
