Ah ok there it is... before it was saying that "there is no index in this folder therefor you can't see anything even though the picture is in it" sorta crap.

Thats pretty good. Dream Theatre ooooh
Maybe try getting rid of the black lines all over it (its a wip so...).
Don't want to say too much about this because it might just be your style or the way you wanted to do it but maybe fix the Dr. Katz squiggly lines on it. But the whole line work looks good.
Only thing I see is maybe the nose. The line next to the bridge of it makes it seem really wide (not sure if his nose is that wide or not). Also the shading you did only on the face and not completely on the whole, and the shirt would probably not be that black, atleast some highlights on it.

Pick a different background to make the image more appealing (to me anyway).

Also another thing is the lighting, where it is coming from isn't that interesting. Ok for yearbook pictures etc but boring for art to me.

Don't be shy to tell me whats wrong...I have no knowledge of shading...i just thought i would give it a shot....i do have a pic i was sketching...and used the photo to tell where i needed to shade...It was a good effort for a newbie if you ask me

Sereiously...tell me whats wrong with the shading and junk....i know its not good...but its the best i could do with my knowledge that i have....I couldnt find any good shading guides from that address you gave me....Any help?

And it was kinda easy being me copying a photo(the shading and everything) but someday i would like to draw my own picutres someday...but i would be clueless on how to shade....

And for comment about the lines and background....IM NOT DONE YET!

Woo! More people that like Dream Theater! (Hard to find around my neighborhood) I'd love to see the pitcure, but as of now, it's not showing up, and the link doesn't work either. I saw them this summer in Atlanta and they rocked! (even tho they didnt play long having to share the stage with 3 other bands) I CANT WAIT for the new album and the tour....im definatly going to see them again
