You can't get much more cheesier than this lol
This is a new take on an old monster portrait.
Both sketched in Photoshop and painted in Photoshop. _________________ Mindsiphon Dark Art |

Great stuff here, only a few quick crits.
-The woman's mouth in the first picture is a little wide, and she looks a tad cross-eyed.
-At first glance, I didn't even realize that the dragon was smiling, then I went back and noticed. The problem here is that it almost seems like the mouth and teeth look like they were a texture applied to the front snout. Perhaps add darker shadows to add depth to that portion? Gooey highlights on the teeth and gums might look nice, too.
Great work!

Lol. Mindsiphon and a thread called "smile"!?
I had to see this because I didn't know what to expect.
Both are great! As always.
I like the dragon's smile. I agree with J.Der's crits about the woman's face though. _________________ http://www.conceptworld.org |

Thanks for the c&c
It's always good to get some crits from fresh eyes.
I become blinded by whats wrong or right after working on a piece for a few hours.
As you can tell no ref was used, therefore the lady is far from perfect.
You should have seen the first draft of the woman. She looked like a fish lol
I still need to practice painting pretty things like women. _________________ Mindsiphon Dark Art |

her boobs are a little wierd to me, actually. it's like they're made of orange juice instead of pudding... as in, they squish a little too much under their own weight... and they're too far apart, even for her big ribcage.
great job on the dragon and the guy thing though good photoshop coloring _________________ Ylla's Art Gallery
