well I guess this is not a real angel unless of course she's from hell..It would be great to put put clothes on the angel too..
im not sure where you're going with this.Is this suppose to be some lust thing.......?. I'm disappointed.. and you only got half of the angels face.. what's up with that?

Actually I do the most of my stuff under 2 hours. I don�t think 6 hours is a short time. sevencrows why does she need clothes?

Anyway, masterbird I think you have made a really interesting piece here and the brushstrokes makes the picture interesting as what I think.
Maybe the white in the Angels wings distracts the picture, you could tone down the wings a bit and maybe add a bit more detail in the wings or variety in the tones of the feathers.
Otherwise the picture is very cool and you have made a good work on the hair.

The whole thing thing is pretty much fine. I'd just bring out the individual feathers a bit more.

hehe I can�t say anything nowadays without being measured and examined in my posting, Strange that the most crits is based on my speed-paintings which I am only part of because of it�s fun.

I have no problem with photomanipulation if it's stated as sutch... it's when someone pretends that it's high art that it becomes irritating... I agree, there is no soul in this photomanipulation.

I want to excuse for amoe, he didn't want to say something bad about matthew, he was just *very* clumsy with his comment. I know him personally and he appreciates the art you people do (especially matthews).

Personally to see: it is nice that you feel like defending people, but stick with the forum, where it appeared and don't haunt people over different boards. Imho clumsy behaviour of somebody else is no apology for immature behaviour.

Oh yea, about the pic: Kewl work =) I doubt that matthew did just a cheesy photomanip, did ya? What program, if? Photoshop, Painter?

Guess if i find time i gotta work that custom brush thing out for myself...

mangesan: actually there's something in photoshop that can get quite close to this. it's called the art history brush. but to be honest i don't think that is used here. it still looks too handmade. if it's an overpainting, shame on you and work from scratch from now on. if it's not, i'm sorry

I know amoe before this all happens. It was simple by chance while surfing the net. i frequently check where i post something thats all. So i surely dont stuck on one place thats not helpful. To sum it up. Theres was peace between all the affected nicks long before you posted and complained about me. So dont stress yourself.

maybe a trace? the hair lines match up a bit too perfectly right below the chin. the eye definately had work done ( more of a "i've just been violated" look than the origional's "come violate me" ). The arm is a bit thicker, the right breast ends higher and some of the hair was changed. Color change was kinda nice, gave it a softer renaissance look.

I hate that ppl jump to label ppl photo-manips but i hate even more that there is a reason to label ppl as them. Why bother posting a photo-manip as an origional work? Does it make u feel special? (this isnt directed to you man, just to the in the closet photo-maniplators)

yeah I know I don't have any posts, just got a tablet and I'm too much of a coward to post my work.
