-and it's useless since I have two monitors.
Basically the problem is that there is no way to define the moniter size in the driver. My old PenPartner II had this.
With the volito, it just stretches the pad, so I move twice as fast vertically as horizontally. There are NO adjustments in the drivers whatsoever that impacts on this. This makes it impossible to draw anything unless I disable one monitor.... which is not really a satisfying solution
It MIGHT have been nice to mention this on the box, which by the way it impossible to open without destroying... meaning that my chances of getting it swapped and bying a graphire are almost zero.
So.. don't buy this if you have a multiple monitor setup. |

are you sure you checked carefully in the driver options? not saying that you didn't, but it seems very unusual for a wacom to not have this option. _________________ talent is overrated. |

Exactly my thougths. These are the options :
Which came as a suprise since I have used and worn out my old PenPartner II which used to other driver with all the options.
After navigating the flash hell that's the Volito web site I found this in their forums: Basically there is the full driver and the volito one. The volito is shaved down to go with the trimmed down hardware. It's not going to get better and if you have two monitors you are just out of luck :

What the hell is Volito? It's not even mentioned on the Wacom site. Is it an European product only? I know Wacom has special editions only in Asia, so this is probably something similar.
Edit: Nevermind, I checked out the Eurpean site, and yes, it's a regional product, like the Wacom Favo for Asia. |

I'm not sure if you've eluded to knowing this already, but I'll tell you what I do with my Wacom. I have two moniters as well and it's pretty much impossible to draw with the mapping spanning across both moniters, for the proportional difficulties you mentioned earlier.
What I did is set the drawing mode to "proportional" for my primary moniter only - in "pen mode", I can only access this one moniter. I then programmed one side of the toggle switch on the pen to change the mode to "mouse mode". I keep all of my menus on my second moniter, so now in "mouse mode", I can access them. I don't need proportional accuracy just use the menus. Then, I click the toggle switch again and the cursor jumps back onto the main moniter in "pen mode", ready to draw with. This works fine for me and allows me to fully utilize dual moniters. I hope this helps. _________________ Uhh... yeah, what I just said. |

Yup that's what I'm doing now since I got it swapped to an intuos2 The problem is that you don't have all those options on the cheap pad. The mapping is stretched to fit both screens, and there is NOTHING you can do to change it. _________________ HardCoil
