the new A Perfect Circle cd is going to be nothing less than amazing, but after all, it is Maynard.
anyways, www.aperfectcircle.org has posted a 40 second clip off apc's new single "Weak and Powerless." Also, www.aperfectcircle.us also reports that A Perfect Circle made their first performance last night for friends and family only and that they will post audio from that performance.

D'oh, wasn't APC a band for 10 years before Maynard came in? In fact, I'm pretty sure that's the only reason I like them (no overreaching maynard influences) and why I hate tool.
But, cool. New muzak is always nice.

nope! APC has only been around for only a few years, All of the music composition for their debut cd was written by Billy Howerdel a guitar tech who met Maynard on one of their tours. Maynard saw what he was working on and wanted to be a part of it. And thus, the formation of A Perfect Circle. Tool and APC are probably my favorite bands on the planet.
*EDIT* and how dare you call APC 'musak.' Musak is the fucking backstreet boys that i hear in the supermarket |

Isn't 'muzak' just the 1337 word for 'music'?
Still, don't use the word... it's 1337 language, for me 1337 H4X02 is starting to mean something like 'loser' 'wanna-be' or 'pathetic one'. |

And how dare YOU question my word usage, samburger. If i want to call APC or any other band muzak, i will. since you know, it DOESN'T MATTER.
All of this is meant to be lighthearted, by the way. I'm too weary for dorky arguments about music.

That is correct. It was music designed to soothe the minds of customers and employees. Muzak was the company name. |

anyways, the whole song leaked on radio and aperfectcircle.org has it. go and get it if you like apc. if you don't, or think it's musak, or equate maynard with musak singers like kenny g, please post in a different thread. that is all.
