Well, here, and please please, will someone help me on the face! I want it to be MORE DETAILED and MORE REAL!! Also, his face looks kinda "POOPY." XD!! I've only been doing this kinda thing for a while now.

Where's the reference image? If you don't have one, you need to find one. You'll be able to figure out many of the problems yourself that way. But just to get you started, the proportions are off and the lighting is inconsistant. Good reference will help you with both of these problems.
