any1 looked @ this?
i used to run in under NT4 back in the day, hadn't really thought about it when i upgraded to 2k..
but after installing and tweeking i've found that i have increased speed of 8%
not bad for free software  |

I looked into it for a while because I like the idea of a unique interface, but was quite frankly daunted by the amount of tweaking and poorly written documentation involved. Not that I don't think I could have figured it out, but how long would I really be willing to have my machine be down for while I brain it out? Nah.

I found that it still has toooo many bugs to keep me interested
sure it looks pretty, but is it usable? I found that it was much more hassle to use than just the normal windows kernel, so I switched back.. plus it kept crashing and you had to reload it and stuff... plus having two monitors buggered up all the existing steps... _________________ Quantum materiae materietur marmota monax si marmota monax materiam possit materiari? |

maybe with.. alternative, customizable, editable, re-codable shells like.. say.. litestep?
