Does anyone have any useful tips, or sites which have useful tips on painting digital rain.
I'm trying to add more atmopshere to a picture by adding a thunderstorm.
Also, how would I make things appear wet.
Thanks ladies and gents.

well at www.polykarbon.com they have a good tutorial on creating rain in photoshop...
but rememer! after you do it ! put little "v"'s off of most solid things in your pic to make them appear rained on,
i'm not really that great at this but you can always go to www.google.com and do an image search for some wet surfaces etc.
