Hi there.

This is a piece in a series of four I'm doing for a book about "crime fiction" in movies.
This is supposed to be a gangster hit-man killing a bartender in a bar.

I'm trying to loosen up in my drawing and colouring these days... trying to get that trashed look...

sorry to those who already saw it at bbq!

eBoy

hey why dont you not drwa smoke? when a gun fires smoke only comes out of the barrel for like 1 second, dissipates rapidly, and there isn't a lot of it, in other words, that uncolored version... he mustt have a cigarette lodged in the barrel... but otherwise, you kick @$$

ok the right side looks deadly.... but i got a few crits about the entire left side of the picture....

im not a ballistics expert but,

i dont think that blood spray would be spraying forward in that manner. the only way it could do that is if the gun had a caliber equivalent to a shotgun Very Happy (but then there'd be shit everywhere),

or the dude was shot in the head, and then he collapsed and smashed his face on the counter on the way down (and there would have to be some spray at face level on the backwall)...

speaking of the wall, there appears to be no space between the wall and the bar.. its like the mob guy is shooting into a corner....

also, you should change that handgun to a more realistic model (slide grip is backwards also). Just look at some references of handguns on google or something, that looks like a hybrid glock-berreta Confused .. .... may i suggest adding a bartender's corpse strewn over the counter? then the picture would have more unity, as the picture is off balance with too much being on the right side.

keep at it Smile
