I'm a little nervous to post this, but anyway. Here are the first 5 pages of the comic book 'fix' which I am working on. I'm a little anxious about the style change on page 4, but it's necessary for the concept. Anyway, here goes...let me know what you think.

blood doesn't splurt out of the impact shot - only on the exit hole (it there is 1)
like the style otherwise |

It does... only on the back side it spurts stronger.
I remember seeing this book with foto's a guy made with a stroboscopic camera of a bullet flying through an apple and a lightbulb... the material sure came out on both sides. Does anyone else know this book and the name of the book or author? |

Hahahaha...
Anyway, I think this is pretty swift. Very dark. Only thing I don't really like is the Courier font for dialogue. Dunno why. Just seems to clash with the comic style font for speech.
Anyhoo, nice. |

Maybe it's only with stirdy materials, wich would exclude fat bellys... I dunno.

i love the courier font reminds me of resident evil or somethin. and bob, have you ever actually seen a person being shot? Do you know from personal experience that the blood doesnt spurt forth on the impact wound? If not, then shut yo mouth!
yo keating i think that comics hot except that is a big style change....well, not that big, but on the last few panels, when u see the bottom of her pants, i think those are too sketchy. they look un finished. Other than that, i really like this.

Thanks for the comments guys. I'm glad the style change isn't too abrupt for most folks. As for the physics of blood and whatnot, it's okay, since that particular part of the comic takes place in this odd alternate world and it just looks cool like that
