Well I have a brand new Graphire now... was wondering if someone could help me with a little technicaldifficulty. The old one I had used to switch to erasor, or if I set another brush to the erasor, when I flipped the pen to the erasor side. This one doesnt do that for some reason. I have been in the control panel but couldnt find anything about it there. Anyone got any suggestions?

Could just be that in photoshop you have another tool selected when you flip your pen to the eraser. Using the eraser end of the pen, slect the eraser tool in photoshop again and it should work now.

Nope, tried that... and I was using it in Painter actually. I never could get that function to work in Photoshop with either of my wacoms. But yeah, I did try selecting different brushes including the erasor, but when I flip it back to the tip, it remains what I selected with the erasor, and vice versa. My issue isnt which brush is selected, its with being able to flip back and forth between 2 brushes. The old one you see was able to keep one brush for the tip and one brush for the erasor, and if you changed a brush for either, it stayed the same brush until I changed it(this was in Painter, not Photoshop).
It's a minor annoyance really. I am happy with it for the most part because the pen works MILES better than my old one. But still, it was really nice having that feature.

I'm having the same problem and I use PS7. The eraser and pentip are both being treated as one in the same tip. When I select a tool for one, the other gets it as well. Thus I can't switch back and forth between two tools via the two tips.

It worked fine when I was using a Graphire 1, but this problem arose when I upgraded to my Graphire 2. In the Wacom control panel, it recognizes the eraser as different since I can erase in that little test box with the eraser end only.

If you want him to be eraser ore other options.

Have you already downloaded?
