here are a couple of pieces i have been working on during downtime at work...

the second piece was pitt street in sydney- it was used to project onto geometry for a 3d move.

Don't know why you haven't received more replies, it's nice stuff. I can't even recognise pitt st in all that rubble! For the first one did you use any photoref?

thanks guys, the first is completely painted- firstly roughed in painter then with perspective lines painted finished in photoshop.
Im south of the city down on the bay.

that one in sydney is really great. cant tell that some of the stuff is digital.

Great stuff.
You could improve the first one with a more interesting light.
Or maybe it's just the composition which doesn't look right...

The second one is fabualous!!

yeah, u r right about the lighting on the first- its something i really need to work on. perhaps a more dramatric sky produceing some interesting light on the structures.
