Here is another poster that i've been working on.
It was a Freehand porject, and everything had to made from vector graphix.
The theme was a new animation movie release poster.

This was the image i worked from.

yo man thats misato, right? It looks really good to me (glares at spoon cracker) and i dont see how her head could possibly look retarded. I think it looks more like misato then the original. When you said "vector format" what do you mean? Do you mean that adobe streamline? I got that and tried it but when i use it it completely screws up my pic...i dunno maybe im not doin somethin right...anyway it looks cool. If you want a crit, then i could say that her expression is slightly different than that of the poster. This has nothing to do with the drawing, just that in the poster she looks more worried, and in urs she looks more curious. But like i said it has nothing to do with the drawing and looks fine the way it is, just a heads up if you were trying to get it exact to the poster.

Political correctness can suck my nuts... To the point! You did a good job. The shading looks really cool and the background is kiggass. The head may look screwy but leave it to Yoshiyuki Sadamoto to recreate anatomy lol. For those of you who havent see some of his works you should Just search google. EVA ROCKS!! YA!

When I say vector based, i mean all done in Macromedia Freehand 10.
