That looks awesome. I love the way you do skyscrapers. Makes me want to do some too (which is weird, because I usually hate to draw that kind of thing).

DO MORE!

Great work Cicinimo! Your buildings look really huge, you've managed to convey a sense of mass and monumentality that really works well in your images. I love it.

WOW... very dramatic picture, well done. My only crit is the perspective on the back building. It seems to me it should be down lower in the picture so that the top can be clearly seen.

Here's a quick paintover to show what I mean...

Thanks guys! I'll be doing alot alot more skyscrapers, because these are for a comic book, and its set in an urban future.

Eyewoo, that looks much better! Thankyou!! Mind if I just take your paintover and put it on my site, because I'm to lazy to go and fix that myself?

Holy crap :]

It's funny, I remember you posting a picture way, way, way back on Sijun (I think you still have it on your page, in fact), and the progress you've made since then is... impossible. I mean, seriously - it's amazing, this image and some of your newer ones are absolutely stunning. I wouldn't believe someone could improve so much over so relatively short time if I hadn't seen it myself.

I hadn't seen much of your work at all since those early images, and clicking your thread I was so not expecting this, so I turned to my friend and said something to the effect of "seriously, dude, you wouldn't believe me if you saw what he used to do."

Not to say that what you did in the early Sijun days was bad, but this is...gaaaaaaaaah... so good :D I'll stop gushing now, I'm just very happy to see such progress :D
