Your sholders are so big as to make his head seam too small. If you're purposly going for abstractly large shoulders then the head should be bigger... if not, the shoulders should then be smaller...

On the whole though I like it. Like to see it with a cool bg. Your choice is subject is... /shrugs... But that's just me cause I hate Batman. Rolling Eyes
