Well if you couldn't tell from the title, this is my first post here. I'm very new to Photshop, so be gentle on the crits. I've only done three CGs, but the first totally blew so I won't post it.

If you're going to post someone else's art that you've modified, you need to give them proper credit. Referring to them as "Some guy" is disrespectful.

The main problem I see is lack of a consistant light source, which leads to a flat looking image. Pay attention to that in your next image and you'll see a huge improvement. Since you're coloring other people's work, look for the cues they've given about where the light is coming from and go from there.

The only reason I referred to him as "some guy" is because I don't know who the artist is....just found it on my comp. And I try to stay consistent with the light, but I guess I don't do it right.
