Very nice Ballistic! Quite Spoogish in the value choices. Here's tonight's speed pic(and its a real speed pic too, none of this 1 hour+ stuff. Very Happy

And here's a test animation from the orc. He's turning 360 looking around. No BG rendered yet though.

thank you
Iliya Zilberter : hi , i played with some color ink on aquarel paper, scanned it and added it as a layer in a picture. Then play with layer modes :p

this one is bw sketch, with a textures layer in multiply. i then made some selections and proceeded to shift the hues in the textures layer to get the ones you see :p

Rhomb, Gecko, fantastic animals!

The tiger looks so damn alive with those few brushstorkes, wow!

And those birds ...just perfect!

hpx: love your latest lines.
spooge: i'm really enjoying your experiments. are your recent lineworks all digital? i have been a lot more comfortable with real pen and paper when it comes to linework.
fluO: brilliant stuff! your latest inspired this one.

I don't know exactly what this image is supposed to be, other than a landscape with a gigantic plume of smoke. Whatever.

It's really getting embarassing for me to post here -- Yikes! The talent has grown to great extents around these parts. Congrats everyone!

Sucky no ref stuff. But I suck worse with ref. Go figure.

...and _this_ took 1h20minutes. Ran out of time and botched it up to "completion".

And _this_one_ is annoying.

You are thinking, "I didn't think anyone was still into sniffing glue..."

Goals here: 1)at each step, don't do what I usually do, even if I know it is going nowhere. 2) post it no matter how bad. That way I can't weasel out of it and give up and go surf or something.

Janne, yes, the drawing is digital. I really want to find a way to do this. But since I can't draw on paper either the road is long.

Looks like eveyone is putting forth a lot of effort! It is great to see.
