I am after a decent FREE web host.But have never done this before so I need alittle help.
I have done a search on google but they all seem roughly the same.They all look like pros on their sites but I have heard alot of people complain about different ones offering things but then they don't come to the party.
I was going to use geocities but the FREE hosting link keeps taking me to a page that has 3 different planes - all that you have to pay for - no mention of the free hosting , so I guess they don't do it any more.
Then I went to another called greatnow.com but they don't allow File Linking.
If any one can be of assistance I'd love to hear from you.It would be greatly appreciated.

This is not free, but its pretty damn awesome. This is the official host of Raster.

You will not find a great free domain/web host. Its a futile search unless you are personal friends with somebody who runs such a service.
