This is the second sequential in this new comic series I started. It's about a dumb cop and his stories in the police force. On this second sequential, I tried some new things. I used flatter but more vibrant colors instead of a painterly look. Also I tweaked the format. Do you guys have any suggestions?

Hey
The humour and the compostition in this one is super, one thing thou, I kind of liked the other coloring you made in the first issue better because of the Paintery feeling in that one.
The first speech bubble spells ociffer, could be by purpose...or?
Anyway, I liked the humour better in this issue, Good work. :)

Dont know why but I think I prefer the first sequential, I love the way you rendered the character in that story. It looks more dramatic. This one is more vibrant, but it resembles very much the vector style (the style I use very often and I am somewhat fed up with the flat shapes)
Anyway, this one is good and it is always good to try new things. You shall also know that my comments is somewhat too personal. _________________ http://ebrian.epilogue.net |

thanks, guys.
Yea I was trying new things witht the coloring because alot of ppl felt like the "painterly" look just didn't fit this particular comic. So I tried the flat, vibrant look. Although, I think it's a bit too vibrant. I'll stick with something like this because it's less time consuming. My focus with this strip is to get better with storytelling and humor.
