Wow. You sure are excited, Bang.

Geez.. the media better be careful with all this rhetoric. They could start a war or something.

yeah its very good move to released the vid!

But on another note i am starting to dislike george bush, breaking out of the nuclear bomb treaty or whatever is a bad move... i mean how can you defend yourself by making more nuclear bomb, only thing it can do is to blow up another country(that isnt defending, that would be attacking or maybe retaliation)! he will only cause more instability around the world with Russia and China not liking it one bit.

Dont get me wrong i love somethings about america and your culture its just your damn president.

Hehe yeah, i especially liked how he was posing Putin's 'friend' when Putin came in to try and do business talk.

Took him to some rancho, was wearing casual clothes.. "yeah, my old pal decided to drop by so i'm showing him around".
Poses as a simple guy, now playing with nukes - i can only guess what he has in mind. But anyway it wount lead to anythign good.

I don't think we broke out of the treaty to build more nuclear bombs, but rather to allow us to research ways to stop incoming missiles. That type of research was banned by the treaty... and my guess is there will be a time in the future when an unfriendly organization will have the capability to fire off a few missiles from their location to our land...

There are two main treaties that Bush is basically intent on NOT ratifying:

Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty -- If the United STates were to ratify this treaty (which we won't, now), it would basically mean that we couldn't test our tactical nuclear capability ever again. One of the articles odes point out that a country may pull out of the treaty with a 180 day notice and begin testing at its own discretion after the lapse of those days. Bush pulling out of this treaty isn't such a big deal, since the CTBT is mostly wishful thinking anways. In Annex 2, it lists 44 nuclear capable states that MUST ratify the CTBT before it can go into effect. Included in this list is India and Pakistan (who last tested in '98), who have flatly refused to ratify, due to the security issues that either one signing would pose to the other. Basically, even if the US ratified, it wouldn't make a single bit of difference.

Bush is also researching test sites in Nevada, and seeing how long it would take to put them back at an operational status. Expect to see nukes being used in the next 10-20 years.

The OTHER treaty that Bush is pulling out of is the Anti-Ballistic Missile treaty. He's basically pulling out of it so he can test the National Missile Defense shield at a low altitude, which he cannot do under the current ramifications of the treaty.

Not a real big deal, since it seems NBC weapons pose more of a threat than old Russian ballistic missiles.

Man, I thought that if there was one thing the september attacks proved, it was that no missile shield will protect you from terrorists, since there are other, cheaper means of mass destruction available, that all you "Star Wars" hi-tech toys can never efficiently protect you against.

Amen, Affected. How the hell can we expect a 150 billion dollar missile defense shield to prevent attacks from illegal missiles that haven't worked in 30 years, when at the same time we still have thousands of tons of narcotics smuggled over the border every month, or domestic militias shipping off anthrax to every major news office in the country.

How extremely convenient for the Bush family.

Now the stenographers in the media can focus
on a faked video clip instead of the Enron scandal
that makes Watergate seem like a school boy
prank.

So how exactly did they fake the video? CG? Actors? Sock puppets?

(Or maybe you don't know, it's just that it HAS to be fake, right?)

Steven,

every "war" that the US have been involved
in has started by deceiving the American
people to get their backing.

here comes a few links with information

the government would plan something like
the 911", read this(warning, not for people
who think that CNN stands for the truth):

reflections on Operation Northwoods vs. 911 http://indymedia.org/front.php3?article_id=107051&group=webcast

"Why of course the people don't want war.
Why should some poor slob on a farm want
to risk his life in a war when the best
he can get out of it is to come back to
his farm in one piece? Naturally, the common
people don't want war: neither in Russia, nor
in England, nor for that matter in Germany.
That is understood.
But after all it is the leaders of the country
who determine the policy, and it is always a
simple matter to drag the people along, whether
it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship,
or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship
... Voice or no voice, the people can always
be brought to the bidding of the leaders.
That is easy. All you have to do is to tell
them they are being attacked, and denounce
the pacifists for lack of patriotism and
exposing the country to danger."

-- Leading Nazi leader, Hermann Goering,
at the Nuremberg Trials before he was
sentenced to death

Affected: The 'government' probably got a terrorist threat very similar to the dozen or so Homeland Security has disclosed since the attacks. It was probably extremely vague, and could therefore very easily be a hoax. Rather than set the public into paranoia and possible chaos for no real reason, the threat was kept within the government itself, sending only vague warnings to increase security at embassies (several embassies, if you've been living in a cave, have been the victim of terrorist bombins in the last decade or so)and most other federal buildings.

I'm fairly certain that there are a bunch of Taliban flunkees chained to typewriters in some cave in Afghanistan or Saudi Arabia whose sole job is to type up threatening letters and mail them to the United States government every week.

One thing that has gotten an unbelievably small amount of attention about the september attacks was that the US government more than likely knew SOMETHING was going to happen. How do I know this? 4 days before the incident, the US embassy in Finland received orders to tighten security measures, no reason I am aware of was given. If the order contained one, it was not publicized, as none of the media sources (several TV news programmes and large daily papers) brought anything of the kind to light. But they were onto the plan in one way or another.

Poxin, Shizo, Starfish, this new Bin Laden tape is it also a fake? Or are they translating it wrong on purpose, he's not really calling 911 "blessed terrorism" or saying it's payback for Iraq, instead he's saying "I'm innocent, I'm framed, it was the CIA all along"?
(And what about those older tapes?)

Those alternative news agencies have hidden agendas too, agendas that skew their reporting much more than any of the big accredited ones do. Why? Because they have axes to grind. They need to prove the big agencies wrong every step of the way. To scoop them and to reveal conspiracies around every corner. They say they're more objective, in fact they're the opposite.

The big agencies? No axe, only one agenda, and not very hidden - to make money.
To do that they need advertisers. To get that they need to be seen by the advertisers as the best, most honest, the fastest, most accurate etc etc blabla. So they compete fiercely. This is capitalism, it may not be perfect but any other system is worse.

Steven, you're right, everybody has an agenda. Everything must be taken with a grain of salt, both independent and "corporate" media outlets. The independent outlets are usually more sensational and conspiracy-minded, but I'd guess the corporate outlets contain much less "truth"- they are tidily packaged and often manipulative. Even if they don't directly falsify the truth, they definitely commit the sin of lying by omission.
