Hey All
This piece took roughly an hour to make. I've been a sijun member for a little while now and have only ever came out of the shadows once before. Well hopefully I'll be doing it more4 often. All the artists here seem to be Pro's. Its good when you need to get advice, but a bastard when you want to critique!
And here it is!
Well, as you can tell, not the best artist in the world, ahwell, maybe someday. C+C Welcome![/url] _________________ "This is my, Main Offender..." -The Hives |

Looks great Shinobi!! The thing that is making it look off though is that your mech, doesn't have any 'weight'. Shorten the legs, and make the upperbody much larger. YOu can also shift the upr torso back, and bend the legs so it looks like they are struggling to carry the weight of the whole thing. Mess round with it, you'll get it. Keep up the good work though, cause it looks ill man!! _________________ It takes a big man to cry. It takes an even bigger man to laugh at that Man. -J.Handy

It looks pretty good. Although you probably can't change it now, it would've look a lot better if the posture is more...aggressive. I mean, it's carrying a chainsaw!!! Maybe on your next piece you can concentrate more on the pose. Right now it just looks like it's standing there...confused on what to do with the saw. Awsome shadowing tho...very good |

Thanks guys,
Uki>> I'm not to sure what MAKK is but if you showed me a link to some stuff I'd probably agree, it reminds me of some mechs. Didn't have no refs though.
GRKboy>> I know, the weight should really be sorted out, looking at it now, the top would collapse seeing as its only support ar those bars. Looked good at the time heheh.
Hyptosis>> Thanks
William>> Dont worry man, I'm working on it! Next piece featuring this mech will have a more aggressive a heavier pose, also may change the legs a little!
thanks for the help ![Smile](images/smiles/icon_smile.gif) _________________ "This is my, Main Offender..." -The Hives |
