Yes, your anatomy needs help. His arm that's holding the "thingy" is good. But the arm that's hanging out of the picture needs to be longer on the middle part- sorry I can remember what that part is called... but it's not the forearm. Also the muscle shading is off on it, throwing the picture for a spin.

Try working on that. And maybe someone else can find some more things.

Here, I sketched this up really quick to show you what I mean:
Yeah, so do what I said and ignore that arm, I screwed up bad on that... but oh well...

Notice the chest, it's bigger and slopes down at a small angle, and the arm extending out. Notice how that the muscle is sort of a "fish shape". And that it is one shade.

On your picture his pecks are waaayyyyy too high up, even for a scrawny person.
