wow! the color is amazing!
kinda hard to make out that face in the mountain there tho.( but it still looks sweet!)
the smoke is realllly nice!
im not sure about the spots of blue on the characters and that torch on the left; they stand out too much. you stick with the same colors throughout the picture, and that light blue is just too noticable.
but overall nice job!

wow!... how do you come up with something like this? 
i like the color contrasts and compesition... clouds and smoke are nice... the side view head monument thing is preaty kewl... and i really like the way light is reflected of the different surfaces in the sillouete valley scene...
i'm not shour the scales are quite believable enough though...
 nice work... but i'd like to see a higher resolution to fully apreciate this piece

that rocks man! i too would like to see some close ups of the lower righthand side.
i also think the blue on the people was nessasary to make them stand out and not blend in with the background. and its not overpowering IMO.
and Fantastic job on the smoke!

BC1967: Well ... I like the colors and the smoke. I'm not sure about the buildings in the background. I guess I don't like the textures.

Thanks all for the input.
The background story is just a vauge thought in the back of my head. Someting like Solomon's mines on an alien desert planet. I think too that the piece is on some level a reaction to the war.
