Hi!
This is details of a huge acrylic painting (150x80 cm), I did
for a museum.
The painting portrays a forest scenery a 100.000 years back in time, there's a lake and some Neanderthals eating a dear. It was completely specified everything in the painting, what plants, what kind of lake, what kind of plants who would grow besides the lake,  what trees, even the angle of the branches (depending on the amount of snow in the area) so it was a big task!!
I don't have a digital kopi of the whole painting for the net yet, but when I do, I will post it here.
(these are not so good digital photos by the way, the colors are a bit flat compared to the real thing)

Are these backgrounds? Cause I don't see any Neandethals.
They sure asked the right person for the job, great stuff. |

These are only details of one big painting, the Neanderthals weren't finished when I took the pictures, this one is almost finished though:
