Yeah, yeah, I've noticed that the scrumptious breasts and body don't line up with the head properly. If you put a straight line down the middle of the face, it won't meet up with the cleavage, but hey, not bad for a 14 year old is all I think. I really haven't taken any art classes or whatnot, don't plan on taking any until university/college. Any crits and comments would be very much appreciated. I'd much appreciate it if the critiques and suggestions would apply to my ability in general, so I can apply it in future art. Thank you very much.

its a good sketch, but you may want to work on your proportions in the face... and it needs to be darker under the eyebrows judging by your light source and the upper chest area is a little dark.. compared to the brightness in the face.
as for postponing art courses until you're in college/university, i wouldn't.
not only are high school art courses worth a credit, they teach you so much, and you will excel in later college courses. It will be beneficial to get some more grounding if you intend to get in to somewhere like Sheridan. I took art every year in high school and loved every minute of it!
