Nice pic. I like your style. I'm no expert, but I think the nose might be a little small. Then again, some people have small noses. It just draws my eyes. I still think she's cool. The eyes have real emotion.

She has a small nose (its a bit off to her left of her face though).
The shape of her face seems odd (maybe her neck is too small) or if hair is covering her neck on her left side, it throws it off a little because of the shading (on the hair) makes it seem like its cut off too early. If you look at someone... their neck isn't too far in from the side of the head/jawbone.
:p
Not offending your skills, just giving some constructive critisism to feed off off of from what I see 
I like the way you shaded everything though.
Maybe a lil more on the hood though... dunno
And those eyes look very nice

I think the main thing that is throwin me off is the fact that her right cheeckbone (our right) is a little too big. But then again, like bibbit said, some epople have small noses, some people have large cheeckbones. Im just saying that i think it would bring things more together if the cheeck was smaller.
but other than that i think it looks pretty darn good.

I agree, the nose is prety small, but whats getting me is that her lips dont seem to follow the form of her teeth that stick out.. the teeth just look like little cardboard cutouts stuck to her lip... but maybe thats just my eye.
