i think its fine...all u gotta do is jus finish it. There isnt much to crit with the piece at this stage.

give a little bit of roundness to the tip of the nose - I believe thats what is making it seem wrong - its too sharp and flat to the edge
.. th shading is too two tone as well.. the nose catches highlights at different areas (I believe its near the tip and right above and below the brow line (its darking across the nose close to where the brow bones are)

the shading on the more completed girl (our right).. makes it look like shes making a fish face with her lips/cheeks.. perhaps change the shading a bit on that..

otherwise.. its overall very well done Smile
