What part of it does your brother have a problem with exactly? Is it for a game hes making? if not, why do you care what his opinion is? what is the concept behind the game? we need more information to be able to help properly. aside from that what is strikingly obvious to me is how totally generic it looks, as far as im concerned this could be for any dungeons and dragons style of game, theres nothing on it that identifies it as having anything to do with "Blade Mistress" other than the heading at the top of the screen. i dont know if you can rework around what youve already completed, but it might be the wiser decision to just start from scratch. _________________ thats funky.....and not in a good way.

It's rather interesting, it has this weird heavy detailed claymation look to it.
But I'm having a hard time visually comprehending the dragon. I can't tell if there are supposted to be arms attached to it or what. _________________ den.vvulf |

I think the reason the dragon looks strange is becase the image is so tiny...
The only thing I don't like is the yellow around the text at the top, just doesn't seem to fit in.
Anyways, I think other then that it looks fabulous! |

I don't think it lacks detail par se. I think there's too much detail. There are too many things to focus on and it's very ineffective, in my opinion, as a resolution option screen. Most games, if you notice, are simple yet attractive. No One Lives Forever for example, is expressed on an orange background with a few moving bubbles to incoorperate its 60's theme. Ofcourse, your theme is somewhat diobolical as interpreted from the picture, it says too much. If you know what I mean. _________________ girls like shining |
