2550x3510 pixels ???????
But it seems to work Very Happy

I get it now. It was the html file which you tried to show with the image tag.
Resize the image.
Submit it.
Click the thumbnail image.
Then rightclick on the image and click properties.
Copy the url of the image. (That's what you need for the image tag.)

I dunno if any of these are still standing, but here, if deviantart.com fails to provide for ya try the following.

~with banner ads~
www.gizba.com/ -500mb space. banner ads.
www.0catch.com/ -100mb space, banner ads.
www.1accesshost.com/ -100mb space, banner ads.
www.batcave.com/ -100mb space, banner ads.
www.150m.com/- 100mb space, banner ads.
www.2globalmart.com/- 20mb space, frontpage extension support

~banner/ad/popup free~
www.freewebz.com -100mb space, no banners/popups. can only upload 1 file at a time.

www.marhost.com/ -no banners/popups. needs non-free email address to register.

If you want reliable hosting of your own images, get xDSL or cable or whatever direct connection to net and install web server on your machine to host your own web pages/images. It is nowadays rediculously easy.

Analog-X has simpleServer WWW (for windows):
http://www.analogx.com/contents/download/network/sswww.htm
and its totally free. It's totally enough for hosting just files.

My self I prefer Apache since it supports scripting, virtual hosts, php, cgi, databases, etc... http://www.apache.org/

... and if you want permanent name for you home computer check free dynamic DNS hosting like http://www.no-ip.com/. Its just an app that reports your machines IP address to their machine and forwards requests to yourhostname.no-ip.com to you current address.
