Nice pic! Really tight! My only crits is that I find the face blurry and not as refined as the rest of the image and you need some reflective light on the bottom part of the image or at least some highlights on the lower right side of the character. Again really nice image! Keep it up!

why 'she' is called dracoMEN ?

Yeah, its a girl, though I admit she is rather butch. The race is called dracomen, like turkomen I suppose, and of course it includes males and females.
